This story follows on from the events in Everdark; we see a world many years after Morg’s attempt to rise in the place of the Phoenix. However, it can still be read as a stand alone book – there may just be some references that go over your head!
The story follows Casper, a lonely child in Little Wallop who always follows timetables and lists, as he goes on an adventure to save his world….and another! It really develops him as a character throughout, showing him gain confidence and learn how to make friends.
I thought this was a beautifully written tale with clear morals that the reader can take to their own life.
I can’t wait for Jungledrop to arrive in 2020!
