I found this book hilarious! 5 friends – Oscar, Ishy, Mikey, Reece and Emma – all love visiting the sweetshop after school. Mr McNulty is the owner; he is always kind to the children and sells such a selection, they find it difficult what to choose which sweets to choose!
One day, they go there and find it different, with sinister changes. Miss Primrose sounds sweet…but she’s anything but!
There were lots of laugh out moments, which really helped the adventure! I also loved the short chapters which would made it really easy to read in one sitting, or several!
